Split Body Design 1", 2" 3"

1", 2", 3" and special body size valves are constructed utilizing a split body, end entry design.

The front (upstream) body section of this valve contains the stem seal and is pre-drilled and tapped to allow for easy fitting of actuators.

The rear section of the valve is bolted to the main body and sealed by use of a proprietary seal ring which provides metal to metal sealing and also acts as a mount for the trim.

Special stem seals such as the fire-safe packing arrangement shown are easily accommodated within the standard.

An ideal replacement for standard
control valves in applications such as
water injection, gas lift and blowdown.

Quarter turn actuators are easily
mounted on existing points in the body.

Indicator band provides easy to read
position indication.
